Honest results, not guesses
Some mail servers will not say whether a mailbox exists. When we cannot tell, we say so instead of calling it valid, so you decide what to do with those addresses.
No verifier can be certain about every address. We label the doubtful ones clearly.

How we protect your dataDo you send emails to the addresses you check?
No. We ask the receiving mail server whether the mailbox exists, then disconnect before anything is sent. Your contacts never hear from us.
How accurate is it?
No email checker can be certain about every address, because some mail servers simply don't say. We label those as risky or unknown instead of guessing, so you decide what to do with them.
What does "unknown" mean?
The receiving server didn't give a clear answer. Unknown results are never counted against your allowance.
Is paying safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment provider certified to the highest level of the card-industry security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). Our servers never see your card number, and you can cancel any time from your account.
What happens to my list?
Your lists are private to your account. You can delete any list and its results at any time, and we delete them automatically 30 days after they finish. We do not sell or share your data.
What can I upload?
A spreadsheet saved as a CSV file with a column of email addresses, or just paste your emails. Any other columns, such as names and companies, are kept next to each result.
Is there a limit on list size?
Each upload has a size limit that depends on your plan, and your plan sets how many emails you can check per day. You can buy top-ups when you need more.
